Apparently it took some calls to higher-ups in the hospital, but the elusive OB/GYNs have appeared and Laurie is good to go! I'm on the way to pick her up, I'm sure she'll have more details to share with you all later.

Thank GOD! Not that anyone should have to wait that long, but you would think they would have some compassion given the extenuating circumstances. Let's look forward to the next homecoming :~)
Yikes! I thought Laurie would be on her way home right after. Crazy. Glad she's home now - hope all is well and good to hear Emma is doing better.
