18 month update
Emma turned 18 months old last week. How on earth did that happen so quickly!? Wasn't she my teeny tiny baby only yesterday?
While she's not quite toddling yet (she's walking along/between furniture, but prefers her lightning-fast crawl when she wants to get somewhere quickly) she is constantly on the go. As I mentioned last week, she hardly ever stops and keeps us busy running after her...Heaven help us once she does start walking -- there will be no keeping up with her!
Emma went for her 18 month (14 month adjusted) medical check-up last week. She weighed 21 pounds 3 ounces (25-50th percentile for her adjusted age) and measured 30 inches (50th percentile). She also had 2 immunizations, but these didn't faze her a bit. She even smiled at the nurse while she gave her the needles!... We're going to CHEO next week for 2 more appointments (including an ENT follow-up), so I'll update more then.
There's not much more to report, so here are a few pics of Emma enjoying spaghetti and meatballs (well, with parmesan cheese and no sauce, thankyouverymuch). She loves the noodles and can slurp them up unbelievably fast! And, when she flings them, they stick so artistically to the wall :)

Finally, Eric is out of town this week, but he sent his girls some Valentine treats:

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Happy 18 months Emma!!
Our Daddy is also out of town. No flowers, but I will eat all of his chocolate, you know, to help him out.
Happy Valentine's Day! I can see that Emma is a pasta/spaghetti addict like Sarah.
18 months already....where is the time going?
I really enjoy your site! Cute pics! I have 25 wkr twins Lucas and Austin born 3 yrs ago. We too, live in Ottawa and will be at CHEO in ENT next week! Such a small world! Hope the follow up goes well.
